Enthusiast Gaming Files SEC Registration Statement

TORONTO, April 13, 2021 – Enthusiast Gaming Holdings Inc. (“Enthusiast Gaming” or the “Company”) (TSX:EGLX) (OTCQB: ENGMF) (FSE:2AV), the largest gaming media platform in North America, reaching over 300 million monthly video game and esports fans worldwide, is pleased to announce that it has filed a Registration Statement on Form 40-F with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). Enthusiast Gaming will become a reporting issuer in the United States following effectiveness of the Form 40-F, in addition to being a reporting issuer in Canada. A copy of the Form 40-F is available on EDGAR and the Company’s website at www.enthusiastgaming.com.

The Form 40-F being declared effective by the SEC is a requirement for the listing of the Company’s common shares on NASDAQ. The Company will issue a press release announcing the first trading date of its common shares on NASDAQ following the receipt of the remaining approvals.
